It is the foundation of UCP, the gradual transformation towards improvement. Its political translation for us involves initiating projects for which not all of us will immediately benefit from the results, as they will become evident in 10 to 30 years. UCP is willing to make this sacrifice for future generations because we believe in human progress and citizen engagement.
