Anthropogenic climate change is a scientific fact that poses a significant threat, not only ecologically, but also economically and socially. We endorse mandatory international emissions restrictions, investments in environmental technologies, and the development of environmental taxation. Simultaneously, we must foster a broader cultural shift in our attitudes towards the environment, pollution, and renewable energy sources. Climate disruption compels us to transition towards environmentally conscious development and to reevaluate our consumption patterns with a frugal lifestyle prioritizing public transportation.

Childcare services are among the most critical systems for achieving equality. High-quality childcare services enable parents to achieve a more balanced professional life while providing children with the opportunity for diverse recreational activities and social interaction. That's why nurseries must be a free public service throughout the entire national territory, promoting the learning of citizenship and coexistence. Additionally, we support reducing the size of childcare groups and maintaining an individual right to childcare for all children.

Culture lies at the heart of the fulfillment of citizens of all ages and classes and should not be subject to any administrative constraints. UCP promotes the establishment of a cultural policy that enhances the appreciation of the entire diversity of Algerian culture, thereby transforming it into a significant economic lever.
